Look for jersey #41 on the Red team and that will be me. I had confirmation today that my first choice in jersey number was assigned to me. While tempted to keep #30, my previous jersey number, I thought it was time to switch it up to something more reflective of me.
This year I turned 41. For me it is a year of challenging myself. I recently changed jobs after 15 years with the same company to keep true to my career goals. I will also be playing ice hockey for 10 days in the Longest Game 4 CF after being off the ice for almost 7 years. My own personal comeback to the game I love. It's these unique opportunities that help you grow as an individual and realize the potential that is within. When it knocks, invite it in!
